Consortium partners met virtually on 02 December 2025 to review progress and plan next steps
On 02 December 2025, the ENCIRCLE consortium convened for its 2nd Plenary Meeting, held online with the participation of all project partners.
The virtual meeting provided an important opportunity to review progress across work packages, discuss milestones and deliverables, and align on the next steps towards achieving the project’s objectives.
Comprehensive progress review
The meeting was opened by the Project Coordinator, CERTH-ITI, who presented an overview of the project’s status and upcoming priorities.
Throughout the day, partners delivered updates covering:

🔹 Scientific and technical progress across all technical work packages
🔹 Environmental impact assessment developments
🔹 Digital Twin and AI-based components
🔹 Blockchain-enabled data pooling and DPP wallet development
🔹 Pilots, validation and integration activities
🔹 Dissemination, clustering and exploitation planning
The structured agenda ensured a thorough review of progress while enabling focused discussions on risks, dependencies, and implementation timelines.
Strengthening collaboration and alignment
Beyond technical updates, the plenary meeting served as a platform for strategic discussion and coordination across partners.
Interactive sessions and general discussions allowed the consortium to refine action points, reinforce synergies between work packages, and ensure alignment towards upcoming milestones.
